WayoutSolutions LLC operates Varsity Fanatics, an app and website for Michigan high school sports. The app primarily serves Michigan residents. This policy describes account features, website operations, and advertising in versions that include ads.

1. Information We Collect

We use an app installation identifier to recognize your account and keep your nickname, favorites, Pick’em entries, and bracket selections. We also record requests and usage information, such as pages viewed, IP addresses, and timestamps, to operate, protect, and improve the service. Nicknames and submitted entries can appear in standings and other public competition views.

The free native app displays clearly labeled native ads between game cards and between entries in Insights lists. Advertising versions use Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform. Depending on your device, region, and privacy choices, Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses (including approximate location), device or app identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic or performance data. We do not request your device's precise GPS location for advertising.

Earlier versions offered subscriptions using store purchase systems and RevenueCat. No users purchased subscriptions. The free native app does not use RevenueCat or require a subscription. We do not receive your payment card details.

2. How We Use Information

We use account and usage information to remember your selections, run Pick’em and bracket competitions, display standings, support users, maintain the service, and prevent abuse. Advertising data is used to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud, and diagnose advertising performance. Ad personalization depends on available permissions and applicable privacy choices.

3. Service Providers and Advertising

Our hosting providers process information needed to operate the service. In advertising versions, Google and advertising partners process data as described above. Their practices are described in Google's Privacy Policy and Google's information about partner apps and sites. Earlier versions integrated RevenueCat for the unused subscription offering.

4. Privacy Choices and Retention

Privacy choices are handled based on applicable requirements for the user’s location, including when using the app outside Michigan. Where required, the app presents a privacy message before requesting ads. You can revisit applicable choices through Profile → Ad Privacy Choices. If a version requests Apple's tracking permission, you can allow or deny it and change that choice in iOS Settings. Denying tracking does not prevent every type of ad.

We retain information as needed to operate account and competition features, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations. 5. Audience

Varsity Fanatics primarily serves Michigan residents and is intended for a general audience of parents, fans, and students, including teens and adults. It is not directed specifically to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The current version and effective date will be available on this page.
